Don’t know much about Shurtleff, but I’ve followed this saga with John Swallow closely for several years.
From where I sit it looks like the slimiest witch hunt I’ve ever seen. KSL has been sliming him for years with innuendo and unsupported allegations. They railroaded him out of office. His family simply couldn’t afford the legal bills any longer.
I’d be shocked if they have actual evidence of corruption on his part.
