I have family in Italy and Ireland. Wonder if they showed up on the shore of the East River around 57th St. would they get these ID cards as well?

There is a estimated 50k illegal Irish in NYC. Yes, they could get a ID.

maybe if they die their skin brown, sneak across the southern border, and practice up on their accents

and stuff a fake “Notice to Appear” paper in their pocket
