Oh that’s brilliant analysis. Severe, highly expensive justice was delivered in this case, as great State expense. And the public knows Zimmerman was in the right. Crist is a pimp. No way are state gun laws going to be changed. They will be ignored, if so.

Indeed. Crist is acting on his own internal polling with this out of touch wrong gambit in an off year election. The dopers will not match with the indignant race baiters for turnout.

His handling of the Travon/Zimmerman thing wasn’t good at all. That “prosecutor” he put on the job was a travesty as was the judge. I wrote to him about it and got some staffer with a non-responsive answer to my questions.
As another poster put it, “He’s a better governor than he is politician,” which is better than the reverse, but he’s seemingly hurt himself with the voters.
