Obama is going to serve out his whole term (at a minimum). Several hundred million dollars will be raised for his library. He’ll go on a speaking tour and raise a hundred million dollars in under six months. He’ll rake in more millions by selling ghost-written books. He’ll make more than Tiger Williams, from golf equipment endorsements. He’ll start a foundation, and make another half-billion or so from that. Michelle will get a Senate seat — or two. His kids will both get seven-figure salaries working for his foundation. He’ll go on the TV talk-show circuit, and make rude faces and gestures directed toward Republicans. He’ll get (another) Emmy award nomination for that. Hundreds of public schools will be named after him (or one of his aliases). Aircraft carriers will be named after him. Monuments to him will be built in Washington, and several other major cities. Someone will begin raising funds for a Mt. Rushmore carving. There will be talk of placing a huge statue of him on Liberty Island. Maybe just reworking the one that’s already there.
There is no hope. The next couple of decades will be hell on earth for conservatives. All is lost.
