Yes, from the Daily Caller article mentioned in the text of the photo. That’s where I got it, from an “authorized reporter” give one of the Soviet-style “guided tours” on thursday. So they were “cleaned up” for this photo.

Something I want people to learn:
First off, our society hardly EVER uses the proper term “child/ren” anymore.
“Kids” is so informal, and emblematic of our how casual and careless our society has become.
Yet notice the terminology in typical news items.
“Kids” when it is nonchalant, or “happy”.
“Children” when your sympathy is elicited.
Even if they are 16. They could be innocent children, or thugs. But the proper, “sweet” term will be used when they want to sway you.
