82 shootings, 14 dead.
% white on white? 1%
% white on black?
% black on white? 1%
% black on black? 95%
% other (Latino, Asian, African, middle eastern, European) 3%
Since the actual statistics haven’t been published yet( probably because it doesn’t fit the narrative, I fathomed a guess using empirical data)
Now to the percentage of guns legally bought by the shooter from a respected gun dealer.
White - 95%
Black - 3%
Other - 2%
Finally, shooters who have been incarcerated before for other violets crimes.
White - 8%
Black 87%
Other 5%
Conclusion. Majority of blacks who have previously been incarcerated are the mostl likely to own an illegal gun and use it to murder other blacks, who have also been incarcerated and own an illegal gun.
How to fix? Death penalty for murder, life in prison for committing a crime with an gun, mandatory 10 years if caught with an illegal gun.
Governments fix. Make owning a gun illegal to the 95% of whites who legally own guns and commit less than 3% of the crimes with a gun.
The only problem is that the definition of "illegal gun" keeps changing.
How about mandatory 10 years for possession by a prohibited person?

The word is getting out. Homicide is cultural.
“Gun violence” is a propaganda metric. “Hospital Deaths” make as much sense. You can eliminate most “Hospital Deaths” by banning hospitals (no doubt a few underground hospitals will survive) but the overall death rate will go up.
