Maybe the colder climate in Ohio will benefit him. He certainly couldn’t stand the heat (game 1) in San Antonio.

(lolol)

But more than that - James is 2 chili-dogs away from acheiving Shaq status. And I mean being as fat and slow as O’Neal was. So when you say he could have a injury - you’re right. LeBarge needs to lose about 50 lbs.

“But first I’m going to try a season or two with the Columbus Clippers, to see if I can go on to make the Indian’s big league roster. Go Cleveland!”

“My relationship with Northeast Ohio is bigger than basketball. I didn’t realize that four years ago. I do now.”

Sounds more like a man than he did in 2010.

This Obama suck up has no loyalty to Cleveland sports whatsoever. He's a Yankee fan, taunting the Indians fans with his Yankee hat at a ‘07 ALDS game. When the Cowboys came to town to play the Browns he was on the Dallas sidelines hanging out with their players. Heck, I doubt he even rooted for the Cavs while growing up. He probably was a Lakers or Bulls or Knicks fan. I'm shocked he didn't go to one of those 3 teams. His decision to return to C-Town was probably caused by guilty feelings about how he deserted them 4 years ago.

Mega-dick.

Couldn`t build a team around him like Bird, Jordan or Johnson did so became a gun-for-hire punk.Zero respect for a player who won`t pay his dues and build something from scratch.

re: Cleveland. It's not Detroit, Newark, or any of the other third world cesspools. The city is doing a good job bringing in out of town revenue in amounts that helps a city of Cleveland's size stay solvent.

LeBron brings revenue into Cleveland. It's an amount that makes a difference in a city this size. He's coming back to his roots. It's a nice narrative.

I no longer think LeBron's a complete jerk. He might even be growing up to be a family man who finally got his priorities in order.

Having heard for the last three or four years nothing but butt smooching from the liberal Miami media about their idol “King James”, this strikes me with great hilarity.

The NBA is a cabal of millionaire thugs, hired by billionaire prigs, designed to extract money from uneducated urban yutes....all in the name of “sport”. The media, barely more intelligent than the average fan, keeps the myth alive.

Glad to say I have NEVER been to a game.

Well it is probably safe to say the added Ohio income tax wasn’t much of an inducement.

That, I could actually see.

He is back in Cleveland for better or for worse. I will no longer get free tickets from people and businesses who don’t wan to go downtown and can’t find someone to take the tickets. I will no longer have to take my child to see a sport I have little care or regard for as I will not get free tickets and will not pay the price for a ticket.

I’m not an NBA fan, but I really doubt that much of their cash flow (stadium admissions or tv) comes from uneducated urban youts.

Heh, yeah after I wrote that I recalled that Terry Francona was actually the manager for the White Sox minor league team when Jordan was doing his baseball thing. So Cleveland does have a manager that is familiar with NBA guys trying out the baseball thing.

Good luck Cleveland!

I agree on everything except for the reason why he came back.

He is simply home sick and so is his wife. They have deep roots in the Cleveland Akron metro and he is insulated by the media here when he wasn’t in Miami.

We shall soon see if Tom Wolfe was right when he said that “You can never go home again.”

‘uneducated urban yutes’ could never afford to see an NBA game in person. The NBA is entirely supported by upper middle class suburbanites who show up ten minutes late and leave right after the game or even before the end to ‘avoid all that traffic’.

TV has warped the income and the importance of sports. With the advent of first VCR followed by DVR, on demand entertainment and streaming internet content it is the only viable advertising platform for television.

YOU CAN’T DVR PAST COMMERCIALS DURING A LIVE SPORTING EVENT!

I suspect that very soon, less than twenty years, home entertainment will be so attractive that MOST sports teams will have to GIVE tickets away in order to fill the stands.

The money earned from TV will more than make up for the loss of that revenue stream.

Hewitt has a great show. He is the very best at interviewing in the business, particularly when interviewing a Liberal. His legal training and intellect allow him to really nail the idiot liberals so big and they are often so stupid they don’t realize how badly they are being humiliated.

Hugh is a big supporter of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland in particular. We would be more than happy to have him back.

Maybe he can run the Marshall Law School at Cleveland State, John Carroll, or Case. However, I think he has grown too soft and his blood is too thin from so many years of easy Southern California living to survive a Cleveland winter.

True very true the West as far for competitive in the east. My only issue with the Houston Rockets is a lack of ball sharing too many people on that team tend to stop the balls motion but there are still a very good team

So now the big questions will ESPN get rid of the heat index. Will Pat Riley suddenly retire. Will be 6 people in the stadium in Miami enjoy the game. How will spen find a way to make Cleveland look sexy. Will Stephen a Smith have to move to Ohio and if so we’ll the ice possibly slow down his his never ending adulation for LeBrat James

Cleveland sports fan here -- glad to have him back.

I hated the Decision I. He's made up for it with the Decision II.

There's a reason people move away from, then back to, Ohio. I did the same.

It's an Ohio thing.

Next year is OKC’s.

Another Spurs fan here. OKC has a great ball club.
It would not surprise me if next year is theirs.

Either way, doom on the Heat(and the Mavs).
