over time pot/marijuana use does destroy the ability of the brain to function. The simple solution is to prohibit pot users from hold driver’s licenses in the same way those who are treated for epileptic seizures are prohibited.

It doesn't "destroy" the brain's ability to fucntion. Yes, there have been some long term congitive effects for very heavy users but not as bad as the long terms effects of heavy alcohol abusers so any such restrictions would also have to apply to those who drink alcohol.
