Not irony, and not exactly correct.

The GOPc, as you call it, wants to SHRINK the existing power of the existing power structure….and it just seems like the only way to do that is to replace it. But power is corrupting, and your point indicates why a third party is a red herring. People are people and power is power. We can’t change that. The best we can hope to do is weaken and decentralize. Which is what the real TP movement was about from the beginning….with all due respect to certain niches that have sprung up.

+1. To those that say the Tea Party is losing, would there be Congressional committees focused on Benghazi and the IRS without the Tea Party?
