At a press conference last night, President Obama placed the blame for the border crisis on Republicans, saying that because they are trying to block his $3.8 billion supplemental appropriation, they are responsible for the mess.
He further stated that passage of his immigration reform bill would solve the border crisis for 20 years.

The Republican Party, but not the White House, has the power to block the flood of at least 100,000 migrants from Central America, President Barack Obama repeatedly told the nation in a Wednesday night press conference.
“Are folks more interested in politics, or are they more interested in solving the problem? … If the preference is for politics, then it won’t be solved,” said the nation’s Commander in Chief, whose administration spends roughly $18 billion each year on border security and immigration agencies.
“The challenge is, is Congress prepared to act to put the resources in place to get this done?” he said, after meeting in Dallas, Texas, with state politicians and Democratic-affiliated non-profits.
“If the [GOP majority] Texas delegation is prepared to move, this thing can be done next week,” he said about his July 8 request for $3.8 billion in extra funding.
“There’s a very simple question here, and that is Congress just needs to pass the supplemental,” said Obama, who is facing growing public criticism over his immigration policies, only a few months before the November election.

That would buy a hell of a lot of fence, c-wire, barbed wire, drones, bullets, land mines and border patrol salaries. That should do it! A DMZ would also be appropriate. Do I care about why or how they are coming? NOT IN THE LEAST. I work hard and I’m sick of paying for all these ILLEGAL ALIENS. I’m sure I already support a family of eight illegals here in my home state. Why should we even buy bus or plane tickets to send them packing? Don’t let them turn themselves in either. Simply deny entry. If need be at the wrong end of a rifle.

Nothing new here. The press has traded it's soul to the satanic regime. Either they can't see or don't care that they have amputated a significant part of their consuming audience. I have canceled all newspaper subscriptions and find it very difficult to turn on the TV.

The vast majority of the supplemental will go to support those illegals, not sne them home. A much smaller supplemental to pay for a surge in the RGV would be more effective.
3.7 Billion dollars to repatriate these kids works out to nearly $57,000 per kid.
I want that contract! House ‘em for a few days and put them on a charter flight to where ever they came from. Profit would be in the range of 98% or so.

I remember about the first to second week of May noticing that Harry Reid and Chuck schumer, among others, were uttering the same threat, word for word. Something about the republicans have six weeks to work out (give in) to “immigration reform” as the dems wanted it.
