I live in Cibolo. Cibolo/Shertz is home to Randolph AFB. I think it’s more middle than upper, but I’m not concerned with classes. This is surprising for our neighborhood, I definitely suspect a drug disorder here. Suggest no stones be thrown til more is known. But stoning does seem like a fine punishment here, pretty much fitting the crime.
