It works quite well but you’re going to have a carb crash, prepare yourself for an episode of overwhelming craving. It hit me after about six months, it was no fun. I’d suggest introducing a very small amount of carbs to prevent this, maybe seasoned roasted potatoes once a week.
The right kind of carbs are OK. Veggies, sweet potatoes, some regular potatoes, even rice. Avoid the quick sugar rush carbs and you will be OK.
