I noticed something interesting this year at the Independence Day parade we attend every year.
Last year, the police were showing off their “nifty new crime fighting equipment” - a TANK, and an MRAP.
These were not present in the parade this year.
More than a few were “uncomfortable” with the police parading their TANK in the streets of our little suburb.
