The VA is hoping that no one discusses the problems in their claim processing. The scheduling problems for medical care are bad, but I’m betting there’s some thievery going on in claims processing. And if they had a “Bad Boy List” for medical care, you can bet that there’s a “Bad Boy List” for claims.
And I’m sure I’m on it. I have a friend in Des Moines who bludgeoned his way to 100% through a period of about 10 years and half the time they were so frustrated with him that they wanted to call the cops.
