Penguins are on the front line of climate change, as rising global temperatures melt the ice the iconic and lovable creatures call home. I always appreciate when they tip their hand to their bias in the first sentence. Saves time.

The Antartic gnus were hunted to extinction by Antartic gnomes. I thought Gnome was in Alaska. But don't mind me; I can't seem to get my bearings straight.

Sure, Gnome is in Alaska. That was the ancestral home of all gnomes who over time have migrated and settled all over the globe. Sadly the Antartic gnomes died off after they ate all the gnus. At that time the penguins could all still fly so the gnomes perished.
