A) Have you actually read any of those studies?
B) How do you know gluten caused your sons headaches rather than any of the other hundreds of ingredients/compounds that would now be avoided from swearing off any gluten containing foods?

#2 We swear off the wheat, barley and rye proteins. What else would we be missing by giving those up?
