“Bureau spokeswoman Celia Boddington, in a statement released Saturday to The Associated Press, said the agency continues to pursue the matter “aggressively through the legal system.”

Which they should have done all along instead of sending a bunch of jumped up forest rangers in tactical gear into a sovereign state to abuse citizens on a public highway and steal private property.

By the way easy for Doug Gillespie Reid’s local puppet to talk. He’s not even running again and will be leaving when his term is up. I guess he has realized he will not be re-elected.
