In other words, the title of the article should be The Ten Most Stupid Corrupt States in the U.S..

No wonder the list is so inaccurate. The most corrupt states don't prosecute their corrupt politicians. Illinois, the state where an unknown alien beat a Clinton for the presidential nomination, has GOT to be #1.

Normally, I'd post a long list of HAW, HAW, HAW, HAW, HAW!!! etc., but this is too stupid for words. It discounts States that are too corrupt to get a conviction for corruption.
