The gay lobby always had abortion as the #1 issue, even more than marriage. Unfortunately, the wholesale legalization of gay marriage probably takes abortion completely off the table.

It’s the complete and wholesale separation of procreation from the marital act is what unites the two issues. Obviously, life can never come from homosexual acts while contraception and abortions destroy any life created via heterosexual acts.
Essentially, homosexuality and abortion are intrinsically anti-life and pro-death.
