I have good news for you, madprof -- you are WRONG.
Unfortunately, of course, demoralized and pessimistic conservatives have decided to believe the public believes these twisted judges.
The fact that JUDGES must force their decisions on an objecting public, the fact that JUDGES must overturn ballot measures such where, when put to a vote, the public OVERWHELMINGLY rejects the notion that homosexual and heterosexual relationships are "the same," is CONFIRMATION that the public knows that the "exactly the same" claim is a lie.
Leftists and liberals are the minority in America. It is why they have to use judges to enforce their agenda against the majority, and it is why they have to gin, manufacture, harvest, and manipulate votes to get their candidates in office. We Americans who oppose the leftist agenda outnumber the leftists; that is why they cheat and that is why they must have and use leftist judges to overrule the majority.
Obviously, I wish you were right. But I see too much evidence to the contrary. I just posted an article about a couple of gay men who have “made” a child for themselves through surrogacy. The photos are truly weird. But I first encountered them on a Facebook post with hundreds of comments about how “beautiful” and “wonderful” this so-called “family” is—most of the comments from WOMEN. It’s just sad.
