Well, when the pols figure that the young folk will be voting for a LOT longer time than the seniors, I suspect you’ll see a change...especially if/when the younger folk get their ducks-in-a-row via internet and social media.
As to your last point, I’m highly against ANY ‘means testing’; you’re talking outright theft based on nothing more than someone doing better than another (maybe on sheer LUCK). IMHO, it should end like it begin, one day and POOF.
Nice, but I don't know of even one politician in this entire country who will advocate that right now - too many voting seniors out there.
