The 16th Amendment says otherwise. Of course, I wish that particular amendment didn't exist, but it does. Maybe our focus should be repeal of said amendment.

16th does not negate/change any other Amendments, and it sure as sh*t didn’t give gov’t any other authority to start up SS, MediX, DoEduc, etc.
