What really rubs me raw is that if any of us, as American citizens, let our kids run this kind of gauntlet of death, rape, and disease they would lock us up - and rightly so. However since poor, Spanish-speaking migrants are a coveted voting block and a way to break the back of the middle class, they will be reunited with their children, be called “heroes”, and given American citizens’ money for the rest of their lives.
I am almost to the point where I am going to quit paying taxes. I don’t feel like funding my own enslavement and genocide.
