If full time jobs were more or less the same, I would say a surge in part time is a sign of a recovery. This just sounds like an adjustment to something in the economy, obamacare perhaps.

I last worked a part-time job when I was 17 - back in 1979. I suppose a part-time job for an adult is okay if you are looking to earn extra money. But for your primary job to be part-time, that just does not seem appropriate unless you are a wife supplementing your husband's income while the kids are in school.

It seems like a lot of adults are working part-time as a primary job.

Bingo. That’s my neighbor. He lost his job 2 years ago & he now works 2 part-times jobs. He’s 60 & crawling his way to 62 so he can get his SS.

Same here, been working two part-time jobs for 5 years, commuting 300 miles a week and oh yes...just turned 60. But you know, I’m better off than many, I love what I do.

We are being lied to, again, by this administration. But, never fear, the LAMESTREAM MEDIA is making the lie more palatable for every body. Because they aren’t letting any one know that over 92 million people that aren’t employed. This has become the government of liars and poltroons, and no one seems to care. I really don’t know what it will take for the people in this country will rise up and take back their government.

Part time America.

The “29ers” would be the most scorned and discussed group if the POTUS was a Republican.

And under Caliph Baraq, they represent success!
