How about turning them all over to the Bush family? They are keen on open borders and have plenty of dough.

No bias in that headline, of course. I am surprised it wasn’t “Protestors Terrorize Defenseless Children and Chase Them to Houston”.

The (republican) Governors of Arizona, New Mexico and Texas are the commanders of the National Guard in their states. The Sheriffs of the counties on the border are the final authority in protecting the people and the economy. Watching none of these people stand up to obey their oaths of office seems to clearly indicate that there is more going on here than we are being told.

My guess is that Obama's agenda of breaking the system to transform the nation is A-OK with all of them.

I'm hoping you can help me understand how it is that a US Congressman on the Armed Services Committee was not allowed inside a military facility in his own district and no one is upset about it in our congressional leadership.

1. You changed the subject. You went from blaming border state Govs and sheriffs to congressmen not being concerned.

I think it's ironic that so many of you people around the country have suddenly discovered illegals...now that they are coming to a facility near you. All of a sudden it's a national problem whereas before, it has been the border states problem.

BTW, you have no clue what illegals have cost the taxpayers of the border states over the past years!

If you think they are all from Central/ South America you are wrong! There are rapists, murderers, drug dealers mixed in among some terrorists from all over.

In one holding center recently, there were 8 Port-a-pots for 1000 illegals. Two of the 8 were restricted to people with contagious diseases.

Rather than blame the border states, you might contact your congressman and senators...IF they will listen!

Welcome to the club. But you're a little late to the party and a little quick to paint everyone with your big broad accusatory brush.

I spent my entire professional career in California produce and have been writing about and working on illegal immigration and government fraud since the late 80s.

I pounded on legislators in California and Arizona for years. I organized meetings with business people along the I-8 corridor from San Diego through El Centro to Yuma to lobby representatives and make them aware of the massive fraud in Workers Comp and unemployment being perpetrated by seasonal workers using fraudulent IDs and fake SSNs.

My letters, phone calls and face to face meetings out number your accusatory screeds 10 to one. And you know what it all has meant? Absolutely freaking NOTHING. Because this garbage is being put on us by both parties that see themselves as obligated to the beltway elites NOT the citizens of the US.

And though you don't care; I've learned after talking with people like Sheriff Richard Mack and listening to Joe Arpio that we are never going to get any resolution from D.C - our only hope is to put pressure on the Governors and sheriffs because they are the only ones who can stand up for states rights and push back against the statists.

I have seen INS sweep into a produce company HQ and demand I-9s for all workers after which they hit the employer with fines of $5,000 dollars a head for every false ID they found. Do you want to know where those migrant seasonal workers came from? Probably not, but I'll tell you anyway --- THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT!

They give the lists to employers at the beginning of the season and arrange the cattle calls. But, they are not allowed to ask the question of legal green cards because that discriminates. So they send them by the bus load, then follow up by fining employers to fund their garbage bureaucracies.

Stop in at a southern border Post Office in a place like Winterhaven, California that has a population of under 400, but 2,000 PO Boxes and ask why. It's because they are spitting distance to the border town of Los Algodones where people who keep addresses in California come across the border on day passes and pick up their disability and unemployment checks on their way to shop at K-Mart in Yuma and hit McDonald's on the way home.

Do politicians know this. HELL YES they do; EVERY DAMN ONE OF THEM. They've known it since Cesar Chavez was organizing Farm workers and Delores Huerta was boycotting table grapes.

If you think there is any slight glimmer of hope that even a smidgeon of help will come from Washington, you are waaaay off base.

And for the record: In the state legislature, Winterhaven is in the 40th Senate District, represented by Democrat Ben Hueso, and the 56th Assembly District, represented by Democrat V. Manuel Perez.

Federally, Winterhaven is in California's 51st congressional district, represented by Democrat Juan Vargas.

At the risk of being called racist; do you see a pattern here?

My point is that you blame the border state governors and sheriffs for illegals and you don't know what you're talking about.

I didn't read all the stuff you wrote because I don't care to waste any more time with you.

No, you proved your inability to consider facts in evidence and challenge your preconceived notions by sticking your fingers in your ears and yelling neener, neener.

Believe me....I don't consider any thing about you a challenge. You can't keep track of what YOU say!

You have illegals coming to your backyard and now all of a sudden you want the border states to protect you.

FYI, TX has spent about $500 MILLION the past 10 years on illegals.

What has your state spent?

I hope you get bus loads of them!

What on GOD's green earth are you talking about? You sound like you're arguing with yourself. Do you even consider what's being offered in evidence? Do you watch, or read the news?

There are only four states that border Mexico. Those four governors command their state National Guards. The Sheriffs of the counties in those states are responsible to their citizen voters ONLY! NOT Washington D.C..

You hope other states get bus loads of illegals, eh? How do you think that will happen?

OOpps, unchecked federal operations. If you feel that contacting someone in power to stop this will help, you're right. But the people you want to contact are in your own back yard, not the cesspool of political celebrities on the Potomac.
