I’ve discovered conservatives do not have liberal friends. We have liberal acquaintances. Don’t invest anymore time in your acquaintance. If you do it will be wasted.
Good point. In the interest of accuracy, we were high school classmates and live in different towns so “acquaintance” is the correct term.
