I suspect the Cleaning Crew has long ago come and gone in that respect.
Maybe true, but there is Law requiring all government offices to keep copies, including printed, of all emails and correspondence.
If the Law has been violated, then criminally prosecute everyone involved down to the janitor. Bloody examples make good adherers.
