You are absolutely correct that his actions to now and this current request for more money is simply Cloward-Piven in operation.
He apparently has thee money to put them on airplanes and fly them all over the US. Why not fly them home. Until he actually seals the border by all means within his control (call out the National Guard - get serious) and starts deportations he should no additional funds should be appropriated for his misappropriation.
