I've been to two Air Force change of command ceremonies and they weren't this fancy. I guess units launching intelligence satellites and flying the SR-71 are a lot more publicity shy...
No fly-bys...

B Troop (ceremonial) usually attends parades and Change of Commands, but you haven't appreciated a good long winded, MI change until you've passed out and hit the ground like a brick outhouse.
