Marriott is a PUBLIC corporation that trades under the symbol MAR, which has a market capitalization of $18.7 billion as of yesterday. Bill Marriott does not own the company. And he stepped down as CEO in 2012.
It doesn’t do the author any favors to his credibility if he can’t get those simple facts correct.
The article says he’s been extending same sex partners benefits for 25 years. Not a new “gay friendly” corporation.
Gee, a whole year and a half ago...THAT ought to satisfy St. Peter at the Gate...OH WAIT! Mariott only has to "get past Joseph Smith"! That's OK then!
