Border Patrol agents in Arizona were reportedly fired upon by a Mexican military helicopter that traveled across the border.

KVOA-TV reports that Mexican authorities were conducting a drug interdiction operation when the incident happened early Thursday morning on the Tohono O’odham Indian Nation. The Mexican chopper fired at the agents and then flew back into Mexico.

I suppose the only way this could get worse is if the Drug cartels start using an army to start taking territory in Arizona like ISI in Iraq, and Obama still refuses to help them.

Accident or not this isn’t the first time Mexican military personal and equipment have opened fire at American personnel specifically border patrol.

Usually it is to help the drug cartels else where. I remember stories in Texas of them using tanks against the border patrol. I really do think our boarder patrol is out gunned and certainly out maned for the increasingly aggressive forces across the board. They need closer military support.

““What is the purpose of the National Guard?”

Good question.”

Somehow I don’t Arizona will foot the bill of sending them out there until it this becomes a much more common threat.

When the Drug cartels start getting bold here in the US like ISI in Iraq then you will see the Arizona National Guard mobilizing to push them back across the boarder. Sadly I’m no longer so sure we will hear anything from Washington Their too busy in the sodomite bunker in the Federal military to worry about ‘little things’ like invasion, death, and territorial loss to hostile forces military or otherwise.

Beyond that the Boarder patrol can still call them for support. but somehow I don’t think there was time in this kind of hit and run operation. It would take the National guard probably at least an hour to get there, probably a lot longer.

.

Many of you have asked the question, ‘Did they shoot back’?

See my post 92:

...(Texas) border agents interviewed over the past year have discussed confrontations those they believe to be Mexican military personnel.

“We’re sitting ducks,” said a border agent speaking on condition of anonymity. “The government has our hands tied.”

Do you think it’s any different in Arizona?

_____________

“...gangs are moving illegal drugs through rural areas in Texas...the heavily armed gangs are so frightening that Texas ranchers are selling their land, in many cases to buyers fronting for drug gangs who use the ranches to get a foothold in the U.S. “This means that we are now looking at the possibility of open access from our border ranches into the interior of our country.”

Do you think this isn’t happening in Arizona?

____________

Do you think this isn’t serious??

Texas border patrols are regularly shot at by Mexicans and suspected Mexican military from across the border.

Mexican Army troops had SEVERAL MOUNTED MACHINE GUNS ON THE GROUND MORE THAN 200 YARDS INSIDE THE U.S. BORDER- — near Neely’s Crossing, about 50 miles east of El Paso (Texas) — when Border Patrol agents called for backup.

___________

Farmers and ranchers along the Texas border are losing their farms and ranches that they have owned for generations to drug cartels and illegals.
Many claim a wide swath of Texas along the border already has been retaken by Mexico.

Ranchers and farmers regularly find ROTTING CORPSES of illegals on their property.
Their houses are broken into and are looted.
Fences are destroyed and cattle scattered.
Guard dogs are shot.
THE RANCHERS ARE SHOT AT- AND ARE FORCED TO ARM THEMSELVES AT ALL TIMES ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY.

The same thing is happening in Arizona and other border states- OR SOON WILL BE.

The border patrol’s hands are tied. They can do nothing.

All this while Rick Perry and our Texas reps, as well as Jan Brewer and Az reps DO NOTHING.

This is why we MUST do something.
This is why I urge all to burn up the phones, emails, faxes to their governor’s office and the offices of their reps and DEMAND they put a stop to this insanity.

Great idea! And if we write letters to editors, maybe we can get our neighbors to do the same.
