Hey! I love grits!

Me too, but they aren't available where I live so rarely eat them anymore. Doubt that the WON does except something like Grits Gratin with Arugula, White Beans, and Garlic.

Order long-cooking grits online.

One cup grits, one teaspoon salt, four cups water in crock pot night before. Cook on low for eight hours.

In morning, grits will be too thick--add milk and cheese and stir to the consistency you like

After you make them a few times, you can add more water or less water at the beginning, to suit.
