Holder is already in Contempt of Congress. Congress has the inherent power to arrest and imprison for Contempt of Congress. They don’t need the DOJ or the Courts. The House could send the Sergeant at Arms to arrest him and Lerner RIGHT NOW. But don’t hold your breath for that to happen because the GOP Establishment are in cahoots with the Obama Regime.
