And the GOPe is going to do that? I seem to recall a GOPe controlled House, Senate & WH from 2000-2006. Did they do it then? Did they abolish the IRS? Did they expand personal freedoms? Did they abolish the EPA? No, they gave us the Patriot Act. Your argument is ill informed and, if given your wish, will only go against you. At this point, the GOPe must be destroyed, if we ever want to get to true Conservatism.
Did the GOPe do jack about the border problem while they had 8 years? Nope. Did they reign in spending, control the debt? Nope they grew it.
