That would be a spiritual action on his part that neither you nor I have any way of knowing...
...unless you were merely speaking figuratively. ;-o
If you were speaking figuratively...I could continue by saying that he sold his soul long ago in return for power/status.

Based on the leadership we have today, I’m guessing that we have not lived up to this urging from the Holy Bible.
