In the garden, growth has it seasons. First comes spring and summer, but then we have fall and winter. And then we get spring and summer again. There will be growth in the spring!

I want to eliminate all prisons and just drop prisoners off at some mile marker on the Aleutian island chain (the mile being proportional to the crime) and tell them to just walk/swim back home and all will be forgiven.
