They need to issue a subpoena for the disaster recovery tapes tonight and hand it to Koskinen before the hearing ends. They are sticking to their story. The tapes got over written after six months.

So in that six month span Lerner’s replacement disk had ALL data fully restored - EXCEPT for these certain emails?
