“Special Report had that picture as their “kicker” last night. I thought it was a joke from the Tonight Show!”

I did too. A friend told me about it. Had to see it to believe it. Could be a new campaign video for Biggirl’s “uniparty.”

Pelosi’s face is ready to explode. “Pelosi’s face is stretched tighter than Buddy Rich’s snaredrum” - Dennis Miller. LOL.

Who’s the wax creature, 2nd from left? Rockefeller?

35+ years in the senate

These old guard progressives and rinos will never willingly give up the reins of power. The time for term limits is long past.

I still don’t want term limits. I never want to see a Ted Cruz or a Trey Gowdy forced out.

Yep....

Mark mentioned a Politico article he is going to talk about. Both of these are instructive:

The staggering price of crushing the tea party

"The scope of the effort to suppress activist-backed candidates has been broader and costlier than is widely understood, covering at least 20 House and Senate primaries from North Carolina to California, and from coastal Mississippi to the outer tip of Long Island. The loose coalition of establishment forces encompasses two dozen advocacy groups, industry associations and super PACs that have raised and spent millions on behalf of Washington’s chosen candidates."

How Cochran bounced back from disaster

"Within a week, a powerful operation had swung into motion to save the 76-year-old legislator. Rather than making peace with his firebrand challenger, state and national Republicans redoubled their efforts to tear down Chris McDaniel, whom they considered a political lightweight taking advantage of a virulently anti-Washington mood"

Perhaps there are more out there like Cruz and Gowdy that would run for office if not for the entrenched political machine.

Senators should go back to being selected by the state legislature anyway.

I can’t believe DC is going to shutdown Uber because of the unions.

We LOVE Uber!

I’m sure that you can trace the $$$ from cab companies and cab “medallions” back to Democrat pockets.

I have no links but it has to be true.
Just like every other under the table deal in big cities.

Look real hard at McDaniel’s hand; does it look “weird” to you? Maybe I need new glasses...

I’m sure you are right. Trying to get a cab license in DC most certainly has ties to the mob.

Just like NYC, Chicago, yadda yadda.

The mob will call Uber for service, get the license plate of your car, have their union cop buddies obtain your address, and all of a sudden your dog goes missing, maybe more.
