This is a hastily concocted cover story to hide the truth. There was an article a month or two ago alleging the Obama WH was planting spanish language ads in Guatemala and Honduras encouraging their youth to “head north”.

These Cloward and Piven rats do the same with EBT, Obama “care” and other “Wealfare” perks here in the US. They put the ads on trains on pop radio stations and more.
