The dental work in Mexico is crap and nobody would go their to get it done if they were financially able to get it done in the US.

that is a general statement... i know people who regularly get dental and medical care in Mexico, and it is not crap... and it is much cheaper... personally, i get my Retin-A from there, and it works really well...

Yes, generally speaking Mexican dental work is far inferior to American work and I stand by that.
