You're absolutely right. It seems like good, decent Freepers today can be divided into two groups on the subject of Iraq: those who think Rand Paul is nuts because they drank the Bush/Cheney Kool-Aid in 2003 on Iraq, and those of us who knew even back then that a U.S. military campaign in Iraq would end up as a complete disaster.

The 1994 version of Dick Cheney sure sounded a hell of a lot smarter than the 2003 and 2014 versions of Dick Cheney, didn't he?

Thank you for digging up that video of Cheney circa 1994.
He was correct in 1994 as history has now proved, and horribly wrong as the moving force behind Iraq invasion circa 2003.
