Selectively telling the truth under oath? I didn't know we could do that.

Seriously... WTF? These criminals need to be dealt with.

The only emails can go missing is through a willful and premeditated destruction of evidence. Or, what is known as common practice in Washington D.C.

Translation: the IRS has not finished destroying evidence and constructing a cover story.

They’re trying the old “We won’t comment about an ongoing investigation” obfuscation.

Koskinen said the IRS took extra measures to try to retrieve the lost emails. The IRS has said technicians sent Lerner's hard drive to a forensic lab run by the agency's criminal investigations unit. But the information was not recoverable, a technician told her in an Aug. 5, 2011, email.

I was not able to listen to the hearings today. Did anyone in that hearing asking the questions - anyone - ask about how the IRS backs up its emails? The clips I heard made all of them, including Ryan and Camp, sound like idiots going on and on about one hard drive.

I can access my email on my desktop, smartphone or a friend's computer. When I log in I can quickly access and search emails going back years! They are not stored on my flippin' hard drive. Surely the IRS has a similar setup where they can access that witch's account and her old emails. I'm not a computer expert, but this has the ring of farce to it.

Pull the money! Let these creeps go without a paycheck, it’s the people’s money and the people don’t want to fund a government takeover.

MY THEORY:

I’m trying to imagine France or UK having their ‘IRS’ sabotage some groups while fast-tracking moslem terrorist front groups.... and their ‘IRS’ lying about it for 4 years, and then announcing they “threw away the hard drive” from a desktop/laptop, therefore all evidence was destroyed.”

I think a foreign country would revolt if they pulled that crap, but for some reason the USA just picks their noses while this moslem and his mosque full of traitors sabotages the USA from the Oval Office.

This is sickening and the entire US Congress belongs in prison.

I’m down to 1 Theory:

Most of Congress and state Governors were handpicked and recruited into government after they got caught committing heinous crimes (child molestation; murder; cannibalism). In other words, acting like MOSLEMS.

They were handpicked b/c they’re blackmail-able.

So they get recruited and placed in positions by rich Saudis who pay Mafia/Union thugs to stuff the ballots. Because after all, those crimes I listed are NORMAL IN MOSLEM COUNTRIES.

Bestiality? No problem, welcome (Obots) to the Middle East!

Example = Stuart Smalley aka AL FRANKEN. Look at that guy and tell me he’s NOT freaking mentally insane. HOW THE HELL did that guy get thousands of people to vote for him? It doesn’t make any sense.

Example = Anthony Weiner. Couldn’t stop Tweeting his wang to strangers, even AFTER he made national news by getting caught and busted by Breitbart. Did Weiner “relapse” as CARLOS DANGER as his way of “escaping from muslim/mafia Blackmail?” They can control him by threatening to ‘expose’ his habit again, but what if he was sick of getting threatened so he purposely launched another “Look at my Weiner” campaign as “Carlos Danger,” knowing he’d probably get caught and finally be allowed to live in peace with his exposed wang and his laptop?

And who’s Weiner married to? The terrorist HUMA ABEDIN, who’s got a pack of dirty moslem terrorists in her immediate family inside the Muslim Brotherhood! How did THAT so-called marriage happen? I think it was a setup by the same mozzie financiers that gave us Hussein.

I think Arpaio/Zullo have uncovered evidence of these (initial) crimes being committed and covered up, BEFORE the mafia says “Oh look, Al Franken raped an entire petting zoo, let’s pay him a visit and see if he’d prefer getting into politics instead of spending 20 years in prison.”

At the LOCAL level, couldn’t corrupt (Chicago?) judges and DA’s be paid to ‘disappear’ arrest records and half-finished investigations, so that Al Franken (or whoever) could be free to enter politics under the helpful wing of mafia bosses and Saudis?

This theory could explain why an expanding pile of government officials cheerfully risk prison (and Treason charges) for obvious crimes/conspiracies at virtually every FedGov department.

It’s b/c they’ve already gotten caught, and Treason is their “Community Service” to the Muslim Brotherhood and Mafia cabal.

I have yet to hear anyone in Congress question the blatant conflict of interest in allowing the IRS Criminal Investigation Division to “extricate” potentially incriminating evidence from one or several IRS hard drives. They’d be the first people to take a sledgehammer and shredder to the evidence!

Get their current hard drives and see if the installed dates match the fail dates. Are there any files with time stamps before the original drive failed. All those drives failed and NONE could be salvaged? Pretty poor effort to restore.

I’ve said this before: This is as a direct result of the amateurish pursuit of this case by Issa.

Issa has no law degree. He is a serious-appearing guy, but the failure of this effort is sabotaging him, badly. He insists, for whatever reason(s), upon acting like an attorney in terms of educing facts from witness testimony. This is an absolutely critical litigation skill and if misapplied or ineffectively done, allows all manner of evasion to go on. This is not “fair play” because the other side spares no effort nor expense in paying for legal skills as it tries to deflect from the investigative effort led by Issa. And the clever way to deflect not only deflects, it establishes the questioner and his effort as mis-—something. Misapplied, mistaken, misguided.

Levin went into this in the first hour of his show today.

Issa does not realize the damage he is doing and that is the central crux of my point here. Any skilled atty would have physically impounded those drive from the beginning: and maybe those drives had crashed at that juncture. (that possibility being utterly irrelevant to whether or not these emails are retrievable; any IT expert knows full well these emails are retrievable) What it does, it shows, nay, it PROVES, that the investigation is being handled by an amateur. Infinitely more skilled attys immediately detect this failure to seize evidence and proceed to lay every trap that Issa has walked into since that first day. Because he does not know enough to know he is being played and is dutifully walking into every trap the other side lays. The end result is going to failure on a colossal scale.

Likewise, on the other scandals into which Congress has held hearings, nothing ever seems to result. Why is that? It is because the event is kabuki theater, it is grandstanding by pretend-attorneys who do not have cross-examination skills. So we get “Thank you for your service” when these people have been paid handsomely for their service and have their pensions paid for and it’s not like they risked any broken bones or anything. But the point is that the more the questioning sessions lead to nothingburgers, the more it appears that any one investigation itself is bogus.
