Khattala has a sealed criminal complaint and will be tried in US courts. A concern is that the judge may want to see him presented ASAP and they are taking their time bringing him back on the U.S. Naval ship.

Exactly. They let the “consulate” be left open and abandoned to the point a news reporter found Stevens’ personal journal sitting on the floor 3 days after the attack.
These guys are just sitting on the info and knew who they are and where these guys were the entire time. It’s all for show and to trick LIV.

That's how Hussein 'noticed' the obscure video that nobody had seen -- b/c the guy making the video was working for Obama to train US and foreign governments on how to make criticism of islam into a CRIME.

Obama thinks this is a catch-and-release program. I'm sure this guy is not worried about a thing. Can't stay in Guantanamo, can't be tried in military courts, will be released once he takes up yoga. Can't be put under pressure to spill details - aka waterboarding, and we'll make sure he has an attorney appointed to him.
