That was Nebuchadnezzar who ate grass, but I agree that Cyrus of Persia was used by Jehovah to punish the Babylonians, just as Nebuchadnezzar was used to punish the Assyrians, both nations guilty of attacking God’s people (and many other things).

Nineveh, capital of Assyrian (remember Jonah?) was built where modern-day Mosul,Iraq stands.

Funny thing about history repeating itself, huh?

That was Nebuchadnezzar. Cyrus was only praised.
