Any POTUS election is pretty straightforward these days.
The Democrat “blue wall” (states that have gone Dem POTUS 6 consecutive times or more) is at 242. It’s very unlikely any of those states will flip. Baraq held the blue wall with 8% unemployment, $4 gas, surging food prices and trillion dollar deficits.
Basically all the Dems need to do above that is Florida or Ohio.
When you figure they can spend essentially their entire campaign budget there, and throw in some successful cheatin’ as we’ve seen in 2012, it’s a formidable challenge.

Its very unlikely any of those states will flip. Baraq held the blue wall with 8% unemployment, $4 gas, surging food prices and trillion dollar deficits.
It was also unlikely when Reagan came along, and yet still, with an intelligent, sincere conservative message, he won two landslide elections even starting back 30%+ to Carter in the polls.
