"Everytown for Gun safety" published this list detailing those 74 alleged school shootings.

High capacity semi autos have been available since the 50’s and have never been more restricted than they are now. Mass shootings in schools and elsewhere are a recent phenomenon. Of course the left doesn’t put any effort into understanding WHY.

If they could just explain what additional gun laws would prevent people from killing, I would be open to them.

Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and Red China all had strict laws prohibiting citizens from owning firearms under penalty of death. Just look how that dropped their violence and murder rate.

Next time a liberal wants to talk about a gun killing people take a loaded gun out and put it on the table and tell the gun shoot and see how many times it will.

An "out of the mouths of babes" incident came about when my 8-year-old granddaughter saw me carrying my Ruger 10/22, which was decked out like an assault rifle.

She recoiled and said something like "Ohhh, a gun!"

I placed the Ruger on the floor and said "Let's stand here and see how long it takes for it to jump up and shoot someone".

She gave me one of those "Duh!" looks and said, "But grandpa, it's not alive." My following dissertation to her was built on that fact.
