Good news. I just hope the family wasn’t forced/coerced into signing a waiver of their rights to pursue lawsuits as a precondition for the Massachusetts bureaucrats agreeing to do this.

I actually hope they were. Such a document would be unenforceable and clear proof of coercion.

Wouldn't apply to Justina. She can and should still sue all the deep pockets when she turns 18.
