This is an interesting approach to recent and ongoing policy decisions by Obama. There are those on this thread who are trivializing it by saying "all (libs, dems, radical muslin sympathizers) are insane. That's irrelevant and counterproductive.

The US Constitution has some very interesting amendments that deal with what should happen when a president is incompetent to carry on in office.

Yes the U.S. Constitution has ways to deal with incompetence or treason.
But we need congress to grow a spine and get on with it. That won’t ever happen with the current occupant and we all know why.
