For the first time, a U.S. military color guard is expected to march alongside rainbow flags in Washington’s gay pride parade.
The Washington Post (http://wapo.st/1j2L9Mg ) reports an eight-member color guard team from the U.S. Army Military District of Washington is scheduled to lead off the parade Saturday. The Department of Defense authorized the participation.
Organizers and military gay rights groups say this is a first nationwide for a gay pride parade. The color guard will present the American flag and flags of each military branch.
Capital Pride organizers requested color guards in the past but were rejected.

I feel sorry for the Old Guard members who are tasked to support this event. Guaranteed they won’t be volunteers.

Several years ago somebody made some Marines march in a gay pride parade. A couple of parade-goers tried to do some crotch grabbing with predictable results. It was out of the news so fast it smoked. But as I recall the Marines were to be “disciplined.” Anybody know the details? I wish now I’d copied the article.
The point of today’s military is to promote causes dear to the heart of the left, most of them related to sexuality and certainly not including the defense of the country. Why any conservative would sign up for this is beyond me.

For years I would tell Marines this would happen. They thought I was crazy since No One could imagine a Marine Flag at the head of a parade honoring a bunch of sodomites.

Take the country back... start out getting a group of friends to attend these parades... maybe 4 busloads of them. each person gets a sack of rotten tomatoes... you can take it from there.

Even if a military lawyer could argue that the order to march in this parade was a lawful order, I would still prefer to see decent men from the color guard avoid this disgrace. Those without the guts to face a court martial should call in sick rather than obey this disgusting order. If necessary, they should get sick - drink ipecac, look at a picture of Helen Thomas, or whatever it takes. Good people do not disgrace the uniform.
It boggles my mind.
Why in heaven’s name is our military marching to celebrate a proclivity to a particular sexual sin? Will they march in the adultery pride parade next? How about the fornication parade? the bigamy parade? the incest parade? the pedophilia parade? the bestiality parade? Since according to our betters in the white house, it shouldn’t matter who you love, why isn’t the military and the government not just permitting, but celebrating all of these sins?

I found an article where they marched, forced by 0bammy, per Sen Inhofe...but can’t find anything about the grabbing and discipline part....
