Apparently the .2% is the absentee that hasn't been counted. I'd not be
surprised to see some type filing of contest should either one win it outright
without a runoff. I don't know MS rules on this type outcome.

I contend that it’s statistically improbable to get this close in a race without election “engineering” involved. It’s like picking lottery winners too often.
